Stately Living was conceived as a counterpoint to the glass-and-chrome towers that dominate luxury property marketing. Our architect, Fiona Leith, drew on Scottish vernacular stone and timber to create residences that feel rooted — not transplanted from a Dubai catalogue.

Every apartment faces either the private courtyard or the hills beyond North Hauck. There are no north-facing units. No corridors longer than twelve metres. No shared walls between living rooms.
